Today is the 2nd time in five months that I try to buy a house, and for the 2nd time I was unable to complete the deal. I'm under the impression that in both cases is the sellers' fault... But the outcome is that I will re-evaluate the decision to buy a house, and if I don't completely change my mind I will be much, much tougher in the negotiations.
